August's relationship with Julian is interesting. Like when the three students (Jack Will, Julian, and Charlotte) he asked him "whats the deal with your face where you in a fire or something?" To be that's just rude. After that Charlotte told him that Mr.Tushman told them that he was born with it. I think Julian is jealous of Auggie because he is getting a lot of attention for he face defect. Also I think Julian has something in common with August, like maybe he has a defect of his body somewhere or maybe its just a defect like with learning. Otherwise if he is just being mean because he wants to is very inconsiderable because Auggie has been through a lot, a lot of people staring. August probably went through a lot more in his eleven years of living than Julian will in his whole life.
August's relationship with Julian is not the best. When August first took the tour of school, Julian asked "Whats the deal with your face, like where you in a fire or something?" Julian might not have meant to be rude or mean, but in August's opinion it was mean. Also when it was the first day of school, they were all asked to share things about themselves. August said a couple things about his family, but then Jack Will asked him why he has the braid on the back of his head. August replied simply that it was from star wars. Julian asked who is favorite character was August said Jango Fett. Julian made a mean remark and said "What about Dark Sidious, I would think you like him." The thing with Dark Sidious is that he has a deformed face because of a fire. Nobody else really caught that, but August knew what he meant, and he knew it was meant to be mean. I think that Julian and August won't always like each other.
August and Julian's relationship is not really a good one I mean I think their is a predator prey thing because Julian is always making fun of August and pointing and whispering.But the thing is that August is used to it and that is not good for him to be used to people pointing and laughing.Even though he is fine with it is not okay to do that anyway because its just rude Like when he knew what happened to August as a kid and the he asked "Where you in a fire or something."But that is just terrible.
August and Julian have and open relationship. Julian has an open mind and just pretty much says whats on his mind even if its not a good time to say it. I can see August and Julian having a good relationship because they are so open. They will pretty much never have many secrets to keep from each other. They will always tell the truth because really if they think about not telling the truth he might actually say it out loud. They Will have a pretty good relationship.
